Application Tips

  1. At the end of the application, you will need to submit a short video to show off your proudest work, tell us what drives you to be a designer, or what you hope to gain from this program.  Make sure you’re ready for this last step before you submit your application.

    You will need to enable browser permissions to access your microphone and camera. If you have difficultly submitting your video through the application, you can submit it here: https://www.videoask.com/f0613xhhz

    Please be sure to use the same email you used for your application.

  2. You can view all the applications questions here: https://www.creativeswantchange.org/application-questions

    By reviewing these questions ahead of time, you’ll be able to collect the necessary materials before starting.

  3. It is highly recommended you review each program requirements, and only apply to programs that you qualify for.  The requirements can be reviewed here: https://www.creativeswantchange.org/pre-college-programs

  4. You can leave the application at any time, and your progress will be saved.  When you return, all you’ll need to do is enter your email and your previous answers will be restored.

  5. You will need a legible file of your latest transcript in order to be considered for this program.  In addition, we recommend that you also have a file containing your portfolio (if you have one) and a clear image of yourself.

FAQs

Can I review or edit my responses?

Yes! Just select the "back" button within the survey. Keep pressing "back" until you reach the question you want to adjust.

Can I provide feedback on my experience?

Is my personal information secure?

Yes! We take extensive precautions to ensure the safety of your data. Please read our privacy policy and terms of use for full details. Reach out to your@commonally.com with questions. We will respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

What devices and browsers can I use to complete the survey?

The survey works in Google Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox and Opera.

The survey is unresponsive. What should I do?

No worries! The chatbot saves where you left off, even if you close out of the tab. Just revisit the same link and keep on going.
